About Last Mile

Last Mile is downloadable software distributed through Gumroad. It runs locally in your browser and helps you make final visual edits to standalone HTML documents stored on your computer. Last Mile is not a hosted service and does not require a subscription or GetSkipa account.

License and Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Last Mile for lawful personal or business purposes. You may use the software to edit documents you own or are authorized to modify. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of Last Mile itself.

Local Files and Customer Responsibility

Last Mile operates on files on your computer. GetSkipa does not store, host, back up, or recover those documents as part of normal use. You are responsible for keeping backup copies, confirming that you have permission to edit included content, and reviewing every saved or exported file before publishing or sharing it.

Purchase and Delivery

Last Mile is sold and delivered through Gumroad as a one-time digital software purchase. Gumroad handles checkout and delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate purchase information and retaining access to your delivered download.

Refunds

Refunds may still be provided where required by law or approved by GetSkipa in its discretion. Suspected duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or other billing errors may be reviewed. If a genuine delivery issue prevents you from receiving or accessing the purchased product, GetSkipa may provide reasonable support or redelivery where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

Last Mile software, branding, design, and underlying code remain the property of GetSkipa LLC. Your documents and content remain yours. Purchasing or using Last Mile does not transfer ownership of the software or GetSkipa intellectual property.

Disclaimer and As-Is Use

Last Mile is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every HTML document, or fitness for a particular purpose. Complex, interactive, or heavily scripted HTML may limit what can be edited safely. You are responsible for testing the software with your workflow and reviewing its output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSkipa LLC is not liable for lost or damaged files, lost data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of Last Mile. You use the software and its output at your own risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to Terms

GetSkipa LLC may update these terms when necessary. The version published at this URL applies to purchases and use after its stated update date, subject to applicable law.
