Welcome to GetSkipa LLC. By accessing or using our applications, tools, hosted services,
downloadable products, or digital assets, you agree to the following terms.
1. Software Usage
GetSkipa provides lightweight, browser-based software tools and digital products designed
for practical real-world use.
Use of our software constitutes a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use
the service as provided.
All services are provided on an “as-is” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability,
uptime, compatibility, or performance.
2. Timekeeper Usage & Data Responsibility
Timekeeper is intended as a lightweight time tracking and operational record tool for small
teams, contractors, and businesses.
By using Timekeeper, you acknowledge:
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate records of time worked
- GetSkipa does not guarantee suitability for payroll, tax, legal, compliance, or accounting purposes
- You are responsible for exporting and retaining your own records and CSV exports
- GetSkipa does not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of time data
3. Bio Kit Hosted Bios & Public Information
Bio Kit is a public-facing identity product intended for sharing professional or business information.
Hosted Bio Kit pages, downloadable packets, QR pages, compact cards, and related assets
are designed to be publicly shareable.
By using Bio Kit, you acknowledge:
- You are responsible for all information submitted and published
- You should not submit confidential, private, sensitive, or protected information
- GetSkipa does not verify the accuracy of submitted information
- Hosted Bio Kit pages may be indexed, shared, screenshotted, downloaded, or redistributed by others
- You are responsible for reviewing all information before purchase or publication
4. Link-Based Access & Security
Some GetSkipa tools operate without traditional account systems.
- Access may be tied to unique dashboard links, management links, or generated URLs
- You are responsible for protecting your links, exported assets, QR codes, and PINs where applicable
- Anyone with access to those links may be able to view or interact with associated data
- GetSkipa is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared or exposed links
5. Payments, Billing & Purchases
Paid services and digital products are processed through Stripe.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
- One-time digital purchases are billed at the time of purchase
- Canceling a subscription prevents future billing but may allow continued access until the end of the billing period
- Failure to maintain payment may result in feature restrictions, service limitations, or removal of hosted content
6. Data Retention & Hosted Content
GetSkipa may remove inactive data, hosted pages, generated assets, or unused content at its discretion.
- You are responsible for exporting and backing up your own records and files
- Hosted Bio Kit pages may expire after inactivity or lack of traffic
- GetSkipa does not guarantee indefinite hosting, storage, or archival
- GetSkipa is not liable for loss of data, files, assets, or hosted content
7. Digital Products & Lab Projects
Some GetSkipa products and experimental projects generate digital assets, mockups,
novelty-style content, utility exports, or downloadable files.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, generated assets are not official legal documents,
certifications, licenses, permits, or government-issued records.
GetSkipa LLC is not affiliated with any government agency, manufacturer, certification authority,
or third-party organization unless explicitly stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, designs, exports, layouts, workflows, and underlying systems remain
the property of GetSkipa LLC.
Use of the service does not transfer ownership of the platform, software, or intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
GetSkipa LLC shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, hosted content, or exported assets
- Business interruption or downtime
- Operational, payroll, accounting, legal, or tax decisions made using platform data
- Public sharing or redistribution of user-submitted Bio Kit information
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform
Use of all GetSkipa services is at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
11. Changes to Terms
GetSkipa LLC may update these terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
