Refund Policy

GetSkipa LLC provides digital software tools, subscription-based services, and downloadable digital products. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are generally final.

1. Timekeeper Subscriptions

Timekeeper subscriptions are non-refundable.

When a subscription is canceled:

2. Bio Kit Purchases

Bio Kit purchases are non-refundable once the Bio Kit has been generated, delivered, downloaded, or published.

Bio Kit is a custom digital product generated from information, images, links, and written content provided by the customer. Because the product is created and delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available after purchase completion or delivery.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or technical issue, please contact us within a reasonable time.

We will review the issue and may issue a refund at our discretion.
