GetSkipa LLC ("we," "our," or "us") provides lightweight software tools and digital products, including Timekeeper and Bio Kit.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate our tools.

Business name and worker names for Timekeeper use
Time tracking data, including clock-in, clock-out, and timestamps
Profile, bio, contact, image, and link information submitted for Bio Kit use
Basic usage data required to operate our applications

2. Timekeeper Data Model

Timekeeper is designed as a simple, link-based system without traditional user accounts.

Your data is tied to your unique dashboard link
We do not require usernames or passwords
Access to owner dashboard functionality may require both the dashboard link and owner PIN
You are responsible for protecting both your dashboard link and owner PIN

3. Bio Kit Public Information

Bio Kit is a public-facing identity product intended for sharing professional or business information.

Users are responsible for the information they choose to publish through hosted Bio Kit pages, downloadable identity packets, QR sharing pages, compact profile cards, and related assets.

Information submitted to Bio Kit may include:

Business, organization, or professional names
Public contact information
Website links and social links
Logos, profile images, or other uploaded visuals
Written summaries, biographies, descriptions, or taglines

Bio Kit pages and QR-linked materials are intended to be publicly accessible and shareable by design. You should not submit private, confidential, sensitive, or personal information that you do not want made public.

Hosted Bio Kit pages may remain active for up to one year or longer if they continue receiving traffic or platform activity.

4. Data Storage

Time tracking data is stored securely to allow functionality such as reporting and CSV export. Bio Kit data may be stored as needed to generate, host, and maintain public Bio Kit pages and related assets.

We do not guarantee long-term storage or archival
You are responsible for exporting and retaining your own records or downloaded assets
We may remove inactive data, hosted pages, or generated assets at our discretion

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We do not store full credit card or payment details
Stripe may collect and process billing information according to their own policies

6. Stateless & Processing Systems

Some GetSkipa applications may operate on a pass-through or processing-based model.

Data may be processed in real time to provide the requested function
Some data may not be stored long-term depending on the product or feature
Data submitted to GetSkipa tools is not used to train global AI models by GetSkipa

7. Digital Products & Lab Projects

For custom digital assets and experimental GetSkipa projects:

We collect only data reasonably required to generate or operate the requested product
Uploaded content may be removed after the session, after delivery, or after a period of inactivity
Some generated assets may be temporary unless otherwise stated

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data.

Data is only shared with service providers required to operate the platform, such as Stripe
Hosting, infrastructure, payment, and processing providers may handle data needed to provide the service
No data is sold to third parties

9. Data Retention

We may remove inactive data at our discretion.

You are responsible for exporting your records and saving downloaded assets
We are not responsible for data loss due to inactivity, user error, system changes, or discontinued services
Hosted Bio Kit pages may be removed after inactivity, expiration, or lack of traffic

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Public Bio Kit pages are intentionally shareable and should not be treated as private storage.
