Overview
GetSkipa LLC provides focused software products with different delivery methods. GetSkipa Profile is a one-time digital purchase that may include a hosted public profile. MSRPme is a free novelty application for recreational mission and scavenger-hunt activities. GetSkipa Publisher is a downloadable digital product sold through Gumroad.
By purchasing, accessing, publishing, downloading, or using any product covered by this document, you agree to the applicable product terms and the shared policies below.

GetSkipa Profile Terms
Product Description
GetSkipa Profile is a one-time digital product that creates a professional identity package. A GetSkipa Profile may include a hosted online profile, a downloadable PDF, a QR sharing image, a compact profile card, and related digital assets.
GetSkipa Profile is not a subscription service. The initial purchase does not create recurring monthly or annual billing.
Public Profile Hosting
If you choose to publish a hosted GetSkipa Profile profile, you authorize GetSkipa to store, display, and host the information, images, links, and other content necessary to provide the public profile.
Hosted GetSkipa Profile profiles are public by design. They may be viewed by anyone with the URL, shared by others, indexed by search engines, copied, screenshotted, or linked from other websites.
You should only submit information that you intend to make publicly available. Do not submit passwords, financial information, confidential records, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information that should remain private.
Hosting Period and Removal
Hosted GetSkipa Profile profiles are provided for one year from the date the profile is published. GetSkipa may continue hosting a profile beyond the initial one-year period when the profile remains active or continues to receive traffic.
After the first year, GetSkipa may remove profiles that are stale, inactive, abandoned, abusive, unlawful, or no longer reasonably supported. Continued hosting beyond one year is provided at GetSkipa's discretion and is not guaranteed.
Hosted profiles are provided as a convenience and are not permanent archival storage. You are responsible for maintaining copies of your downloadable GetSkipa Profile files and published information.
Your Content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of everything submitted for a GetSkipa Profile. You represent that you have the right to use and publish all submitted names, text, photographs, logos, links, and other content.
GetSkipa may refuse, suspend, or remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or reasonable standards for public hosting.
GetSkipa Profile Refunds
GetSkipa Profile purchases are final once the product has been generated, delivered, downloaded, or published. Verified duplicate charges or billing errors may be corrected.

MSRPme Terms
Product Description
MSRPme is a free novelty application that allows users to create mission briefings, assign participants, share mission links or signal cards, and guide participants through scavenger hunts, classroom activities, team challenges, family activities, and similar events.
Recreational Use
MSRPme is intended for entertainment, educational, and recreational use. It is not an emergency-response, law-enforcement, public-safety, navigation, medical, security, or life-safety system.
Creator and Participant Responsibility
Mission creators are responsible for the missions, clues, locations, instructions, rewards, participants, and content they create or distribute. Creators and participants are responsible for using reasonable judgment and complying with property rules, local laws, age restrictions, safety requirements, and instructions from property owners or event organizers.
- Do not direct participants onto private property without permission.
- Do not create activities that encourage trespassing, unsafe travel, illegal conduct, harassment, or physical danger.
- Do not rely on MSRPme for emergency instructions, safety-critical communications, or real-time navigation.
- Adult supervision is recommended when minors participate.
Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk. GetSkipa does not plan, supervise, verify, or approve individual missions.
Abuse and Content Removal
To report abusive, illegal, dangerous, deceptive, or inappropriate MSRPme content, contact admin@getskipa.com.
GetSkipa may investigate reports and may restrict access to or remove content at its discretion. GetSkipa is not required to monitor every mission or user-generated activity in advance.
No Charge
MSRPme is currently provided without charge. Free availability does not create a promise that the product will remain available, unchanged, or free indefinitely.

GetSkipa Publisher Terms
Product Description
GetSkipa Publisher is a local, static WYSIWYG editor for creating Gumroad product landing pages. It runs in a compatible web browser and allows purchasers to create pages, reopen compatible exported pages, make updates, and export finished HTML.
License
Purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Publisher for their own personal or commercial product-page projects.
- You may create and export multiple product pages for your own use.
- You own the original content you add and the finished pages you create.
- GetSkipa retains ownership of Publisher, its source code, interface, documentation, branding, and underlying design.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, republish, or repackage Publisher itself.
- You may not represent Publisher as your own software product.
Gumroad Purchase and Delivery
Publisher purchases are processed and delivered through Gumroad. Purchase receipts, payment processing, and download access may be managed through Gumroad's systems and policies.
Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 11, 2026
Digital Products
GetSkipa products are delivered as digital downloads and become immediately available after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned and access cannot be revoked once delivered, all sales are final.
If you have questions before purchasing, we're happy to answer them.
Duplicate Purchases & Billing Errors
If you were charged more than once for the same product or believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us as soon as possible. Verified duplicate purchases and billing errors will be corrected promptly.
Technical Support
If you're experiencing installation issues, export problems, or unexpected behavior, please contact GetSkipa Support at admin@getskipa.com before assuming the software is defective. We'll make every reasonable effort to help you successfully use the product as described.
Product Compatibility
It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify that the software meets their requirements before purchasing. Product descriptions, screenshots, feature lists, documentation, and system requirements are provided to help you make an informed decision.
